In this follow-up episode proudly presented by Grand Bay Construction, we are joined by founder Chris Burch, project manager Darrell White, and McCaskill & Company Finest Jewelry & Watches co-owner Carolyn Brigman as they celebrate the grand finale of the jewelry store’s showroom expansion. The newly unveiled space was reimagined by the Brigman and Campbell family to showcase their selection of incredible fine jewelry, engagement rings, and timepieces, working closely with Studio C Architecture and Grand Bay Construction to ensure every specification was met. The resulting showroom is a beautiful work of art that reflects the grandeur of the products within it. Some standout areas include the grand entryway, featuring blown-glass art by Brit Deslonde, and the brand-new Rolex boutique.

It was built by the team at Grand Bay Construction in collaboration with architect Matt Savoie, Urban Grace Interiors, and developers Roy and Wendy Sembera. This was Grand Bay Construction’s first of many homes built in Churchill Oaks. The style of the house is open, modern, and timeless, with high vaulted ceilings, ample natural lighting, and a reverence for the beautiful natural surroundings, including the views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and its native flora and fauna. Keeping in mind the look and feel of the neighborhood, Grand Bay Construction also stays on top of the most recent trends in home technology and amenities for its clients. Over two years of hard work, dedication, and collaboration came to a grand finale as the gorgeous 4,800-square-foot masterpiece, The Heritage – A VIE Legacy Show Home, was unveiled on September 16, 2022. Developers Carl and Tamara Tricoli of Bella Mare Real Estate Holdings and numerous building partners, including Grand Bay Construction, worked tirelessly to make the fifth VIE show home possible. It was a joy to celebrate this talented team at The Heritage Grand Reveal party featuring a solo fine art photography exhibit by Julian Lennon and a fundraiser for Point Washington Medical Clinic. The story of the beautiful home in Seagrove Beach, Florida, is celebrated in this short documentary.

Host Lisa Marie Burwell, Founder/Editor-in-Chief of VIE magazine, interviewed Chris Burch, Founder/Owner of Grand Bay Construction, as we neared our 20th anniversary. From humble beginnings in a one-car garage, the company has grown to a multimillion-dollar boutique business building luxury custom homes, with an established and robust commercial division and, most recently, a new maintenance division alongside an enhanced renovation program. This faith-based business led by Chris is an inspiration as he also invests his time and money as a founding board member of World Changers, now in 23 cities and restoring 300 homes each year in underprivileged communities.
